I am taking part in a some of should-be-fun events here in Buenos Aires that are sort of flash mob events with bits of iron chef thrown in.   
  
Thursday there is a _[Academia de Wikipedia][5]_. [Jimmy Wales][6] is in town and will give some lectures and then also people from the Argentine Wikimedia Foundation will give talks as well. You can check it out [on Facebook][7]. If you want to go, you [need to RSVP via the wiki][8]. The event is at the University of Belgrano - Zabala 1837 - from 14:00 to 20:00.  
  
This weekend is the first ever [Cinemasports][9] event [in Buenos Aires][10]! We will meet at 10:00 at Parque Lezama (Brasil y Dorrego) in San Telmo and receive our instructions. Four "ingredients" with which to make a film. Production takes place from 10:30 to 21:00 and then the completed short films are shown at 22:00 at UNIclub (guardia vieja 3360) and then there's a closing party at midnight. I hope that readers from Buenos Aires will join in the fun. I've never made a film before and this should be a fun thing to try. Anyone want to join my non-existent team? I have a still camera, a pocket camera that can take movies, a mac laptop and the willingness. You can [RSVP on facebook][11] and also [register at cinemasports][10].  
  
I also just found out that there's going to be another _[Lucha de Almohadas][12]_ on November 22nd two years after [the first one here in Argentina][13]. This is going to be fun! There are already over [800 "attending" on facebook][14].   
  
Okay - one last push! Get out there and vote people! I'm going to be calling folks from Argentina with the Democrats Abroad group this afternoon. This is *the* most important thing you can do today bar none. If the lines are long, just ask yourself - how long would you stand to have the last eight years back?
