[Paisleychick-lj] Selling the Magic Bus

One of the two major loose ends we have left untied in California is that we haven't sold the Magic Bus. There was a time when my mother toyed with the idea of buying it, but she's come to her senses as it's not the right fit for her. We would like to sell it and have someone take care of it, get good use out of it and have fun. It's an old air cooled [VW Vanagon][1] and has a bunch of quirks, but we did enjoy our road trip, even with our "adventures" of the engine blowing up. Kragen rebuilt the engine in July 2006 and it's been broken in with around 2,000 miles on it or so since then.   
  
So, why am I writing this post? I'm wondering if anyone of our friends in the Bay Area - either wants to buy it - or would sell it on our behalf for a commission. My mother doesn't want to deal with selling it and is leaving the country soon. It's also sitting in Bolinas, which is a trek for people to see it. If it was closer to San Francisco and the surrounding cities, it will probably sell faster. If anyone is interested please send me an email and we can go over the details. I have photos and will write up an add soon, which can go on Craigslist and other places.
