And sweet jesus [AL GORE][6] FTW!!! Now, I'm going to [quote a friend of mine][7] because he said it more eleoquently than I ever could.... "On a purely symbolic level, it would be such a great antidote to the insanity of the Bush years if our next president was the guy who won the popular vote against Bush originally and also a Nobel Peace Prize laureate. It would be the closest we could ever come to hitting backspace on one of the more embarrassing chapters in our history. Still, presidential politics is a sewer, and if Gore smells good, I'm sure it's mostly because he hasn't been bathing in it lately."
