I don't have a filter for health and weight issues and body image stuff - I think I'm going to create one. So, if you're interested, leave me a comment and I'll add you on future entries.
Breakfast: Chicken breast and brown rice reheated in microwave (around 11:30 am) + vitamins
Chromium Picolinate 400 mcg, CoQ10 200 mg, Evening Primrose Oil 1 g, Vitamin C 1g, Multivitamin w/ iron _(Vit A 5000 IU, Vit C 60 mg, Vit D 400 IU, Vit E 30 IU, Thiamin (Vit B1) 1.5 mg, Riboflavin (Vit B12) 1.7 mg, Niacin 20 mg, Vit B6 2 mg, Folic Acid 400 mcg, Vit B12 6 mcg, Pantothenic Acid 10 mg, Iron 10 mg)_
Nap: 14:00 - 18:30
Snack: Cafe con leche (around 8:30 pm)
Dinner: Chicken wing, brown rice, broccoli and garlic sautéed in chicken stock (around 10:30 pm)
Snack: peppermint tea (2:00 am) pink grapefruit (3:00 am)
Took the stairs to our apartment (we're on the 10th floor = 168 steps): once up / once down
Walked for about 20 mins
Toes and back tingled today. Not good. They haven't done that in a couple of weeks - ate like crap yesterday and no exercise
Upon further reflection: I have a really hard time writing down "bad" things, but I'm going to do my damnedest to be honest with myself and you all. It's interesting to me that some people have said "I'd love to read, if you want me". I tend to think the other way round - I don't want to bore uninterested people with this stuff, so that's why I'm creating a filter. The more people who want in, the better for me, I think.
