YAY!
So, the cool thing about this project is that I bought [www.paisleychick.org][5] and created a new site, with hat tips to [funcrunch][6] and [kragen][7]. For comparison, you can check out [my old site on archive.org.][8] I learned something new, CSS, which wasn't as hard as I feared. I *created* something, which is nice, even if it isn't fantastic. I'm no graphic designer - and it shows, but I'm pleased with how my vanity site came out. Now, I've only tested it on my mac using Firefox 2.0, Safari 2.0, and Flock 0.7 and on Kragen's linux box using Firefox 1.5. I've included the screen-shot so that people can see how *I* think it looks. Can you let me know if it looks any different for you and if so, what platform and browser are you looking at it with? Kragen said that IE6 has problems with transparent PNG files and that's what the paisley buttons are (for my lists and bullet points). Do they show up for you? Also, please let me know what you think, if something could be better, or if you like it. As many of you know, websites are projects that never end.
