9th Circuit Rules Encryption Regulations Unconstitutional (fwd)

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed the District Court decision
in Bernstein v. Dept of Justice declaring the encryption export regulations
unconstitutional.

More to come when I've actually read the opinion.
