Dan Bernstein has been challenging the encryption regs in court for
years. This is a letter from his lawyer that I got 40 minutes ago.

Thank God.

Subject: 9th Circuit Rules Encryption Regulations Unconstitutional

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed the District Court decision
in Bernstein v. Dept of Justice declaring the encryption export regulations
unconstitutional.

More to come when I've actually read the opinion.
